Preventing Student Burnout Syndrome

This page contains information on how to use the Optimal Mental Health Training Kit for College and University Students.

If you are a student

  1. Take the training as part of a course
  2. Do the training on your own at your own pace (approximately 50 minutes)

In both cases,

  • Consult the workbook.
  • Discover how to improve your well-being by viewing the video modules below.
  • Fill in the evaluation form  (Survey Monkey)

If you are a professor

  1. Teach the proposed theory and guide students in their reflections

    (90 to 150 minutes training)

  2. Ask students to follow the course on their own
    at a predetermined time slot, instructing them to follow the instructions in the "If you are a student" section.
