This page contains information on how to use the Optimal Mental Health Training Kit for College and University Students.
If you are a student
- Take the training as part of a course
- Do the training on your own at your own pace (approximately 50 minutes)
In both cases,
- Consult the workbook.
- Discover how to improve your well-being by viewing the video modules below.
- Fill in the evaluation form (Survey Monkey)
If you are a professor
- Teach the proposed theory and guide students in their reflections
(90 to 150 minutes training)
- Ask students to follow the course on their own
at a predetermined time slot, instructing them to follow the instructions in the "If you are a student" section.
In both cases,
- First read the accompanying workbook for professor to familiarize yourself with the training procedure.
- Consult the student workbook for students (optional).
- Start the modules below as indicated in your workbook.
- Fill in the evaluation form (Survey Monkey).
